Shop Choobi is now offering a more affordable shipping option for those only purchasing stickers + sticker sheets + small prints! For both domestic and international orders, if this applies to your order follow these steps:

At check out use the discount code STICKERMAILUS (US Orders Only) or STICKERMAILINT (International Orders Only) which will discount your tracked shipping method.

If your order contains any items other than stickers, sticker sheets, or small prints, please do not use this code. Any orders that do not abide by these rules will be cancelled.

Please understand that Shop Choobi will not be responsible for any missing mail through this option.

📦 TRACKED MAIL INFO:

NOTE FOR UK + EU CUSTOMERS:
For UK Customers, due to the 2021 VAT Rules, Shop Choobi is unable to support orders to the UK at this time.

For EU Customers, as of July 1st 2021, all orders going to any country in the European Union will get held at customs
until any import taxes (such as VAT) are cleared. Please check on your end what the customs charges will look like since they vary from country to country. Shop Choobi will not be responsible for paying for customs charges - this is the responsibility of the customer! For any EU mail that is returned back to me, I will be happy to resend, but the customer will be responsible for paying the international shipping fee again.

Additional countries that we cannot support shipping to due to USPS suspensions are the following: Afghanistan, China, South Sudan, Cuba, Papua New Guinea, Syria, Bhutan, Laos, Russia, Timor-Leste, Brunei, Libya, Samoa, Turkmenistan, Chad, Mongolia, Solomon Islands, & Yemen.

Please note for all other international orders, customers are responsible for any additional customs charges and fees upon arrival. Shop Choobi’s shipping charges only cover the basic fees of tracked USPS shipping.

Pre-Orders

Products that are noted as “Pre-orders” will not be shipped ASAP with other in stock items since they are currently being manufactured. Items with pre-orders have estimated timeline within the product description. Please note that if your order includes ANY pre-order products, your order will only ship when those items are on hand w/ Choobi.

What is the best way to reach out to you?
Email is the best! shopchoobi@gmail.com Any Instagram or Twitter DM’s can get lost so if your communications is urgent please use email!

What if I need a change to my order?
Please email shopchoobi@gmail.com within 24 hours of placing your order.

Can I cancel my order?
Full refunds are acceptable if you reach out within 24 hours via email to cancel your order. Any request for cancellation after that will not be accepted.

What if I have an error in the shipping address I provided?
Please reach out to shopchoobi@gmail.com within 24 hours to let me know! Typically I can reach out and confirm addresses that seem incorrect via email, but this does disrupt my efficiency while packing and can delay your order getting out to you more.

How long will my order take?
All mail is sent via USPS w/ tracking included. An estimated time is noted when you are choosing your shipping method at check out. Please note that this does not include the 5-7 day processing and handling time. During the holiday season, there is high possibility your orders will be affected due to USPS and COVID-delays!

What should I do if I haven’t received my order yet?
Unfortunately, once I’ve handed your order to USPS, it is quite literally out of my hands.
Please reach out to USPS via your tracking #. They will be the most helpful resource for you! With COVID-delays, mail has been arriving sometimes a couple weeks after scheduled.

What should I do if my order is returned to Shop Choobi?
Please ensure at check out that your address is correct. If you notice that it is incorrect after you’ve submitted your order, please reach out ASAP via email (shopchoobi@gmail.com) so that I can remedy the address before shipping your package! For any orders that are returned to me and need to be reshipped to a correct address or were abandoned at customs, customers will be be responsible for paying the shipping fee again.

What if my order was lost / stolen / did not make it to me?

Unfortunately, once I’ve handed your order to USPS, it is quite literally out of my hands. Shop Choobi is unable to offer a refund or replacement, and customers should follow up with USPS for any complications during the shipping process.
